Fake Textbook
There are digital copies of the text you can download for free (or, at least I think they are free). They look authentic, but they are full of errors (some very serious, others just silly). If you want to check if you are using one of these fake versions, a screenshot of a very incorrect problem 2.1 is below. If this is in your book, I recommend trashing it and getting a correct one from the Springer website (assuming you are getting a digital version).

It is puzzling how this fake textbook was created, it even has hyperlinks similar to those in the Springer ebook (such as the one to Figure 2.14). Possibly it is some AI mischief, but who knows!
